§01 Overview

Mailicity is an email service for the people most exposed to phishing, scams and interface confusion — typically the relatives we look after.

Instead of filtering scams after they arrive, it flips the model: nothing reaches the person unless a family administrator has approved the sender. Strangers, marketing and phishing land in a family moderation queue. Approved senders come straight through, into a calm, oversized, no-folders interface tuned to the user’s accessibility needs.

It wraps an existing account — Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, anything IMAP — so there is no new address and no migration. Built and operated by Syriant, it was born of a real family situation: a 92-year-old mother in aged care, with email as her lifeline to family overseas.

On Mailicity
Nothing reaches the person unless you approve who sent it. Safety by design, not by filter.
