Syriant is a venture-building and AI consulting studio founded by Steve Ford. We pair technical depth with founder experience to build ventures of our own and to put AI to work for clients.

We operate in two modes. On the venture side, we create and grow businesses that solve real problems. On the consulting side, we integrate AI into companies’ workflows, cutting cost and lifting throughput. Our portfolio spans active businesses, ventures in development, and successful exits.

The studio grew from years of building software companies and seeing what software does to a business. AI has already reshaped productivity in tech. We think the larger prize is bringing the same gains to every other industry: manufacturers, retailers, professional services and agencies.

We start with your reality. We map the workflows you already have, the systems, handoffs and knowledge that keep the business running, so AI improves what works and fixes what doesn’t without disrupting the rest.

We keep engagements small, fast and cost-contained. We work directly with your team, find the opportunities quickly and ship practical improvements that grow with you. There is no open-ended consulting cycle.
